Apple MainStage 3.7.1 for Mac (Free)

If you're a keyboardist in a church or play live with bands, you know that lugging around five heavy keyboards is a thing of the past. These days, the hub for professional musicians is Apple MainStage.

This version (3.7.1) offers excellent stability improvements and flawless performance, ensuring that your pianos, synthesizers, and pads sound seamless.

Why is MainStage the king of live sound?

• All the sounds in Logic Pro: It includes Apple's entire native library.
• Smart Controls: You can assign knobs on your MIDI controller to effects and volume controls on the screen to control them in real time while you play.
• Efficient CPU usage: Unlike playing directly from a DAW (such as Logic or Ableton), MainStage is designed purely for live performance, prioritizing low latency.

System Requirements

Make sure your Mac meets these basic requirements to get the best experience:

• macOS 13.5 (Ventura) or later.
• Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) processor or Intel Core i5 or higher.
• At least 8 GB of RAM (16 GB is recommended if you'll be using resource-intensive Kontakt plugins).
• 6 GB of hard drive space (you'll need more space if you're going to install all of Apple's additional libraries!).
